It was a trophy-laden season for Sally Fildes at Old Conna this season. She was playing off a handicap of just five at the start of the season, but this didn't stop her winning Breda Naughton's Lady Captain's Prize. And after taking that prize she reduced her handicap to three.
If this was the highlight of the season, Fildes didn't stop there. She also walked away with victory in the ILGU Silver Medal, the Silver Spoon and the Golfer of the Year. And to top that all off, she broke the course record. Not bad for a season's work.
