Listowel Reports: Broadstone Road credited his trainer Paul Gilligan with his most prestigious success to date by landing the featured Dawn Milk Handicap Chase under Danny Howard at Listowel yesterday.

Broadstone Road hit the front at the sixth fence and the victorious chesnut maintained the momentum to triumph by three and a half lengths from Doesheknow.

Sadly, River Cora sustained a fatal sixth-fence fall.

The Eoin Griffin-trained Patrizio maintained his winning sequence by easily landing the Kerry Spring Water Novice Hurdle.

Patrizio struck the front before two out under Paul Carberry to beat Hehasalife by an unchallenged nine lengths. He could now contest another novice hurdle at Limerick on October 12th.

The Francis Flood-trained What A Hussy showed that stamina is her strong suit by landing the Kerry Maid Maiden Hurdle.

What A Hussy overcame some jumping errors to triumph by two lengths from Arthur Daly.

Doc Davis recorded his initial success by collecting the Dawn Fresh Cream Handicap Hurdle for Pat Hughes and Mark Madden whilst the Tom Taaffe-trained favourite The Biscuit Man made every post a winning one for Barry Geraghty in the Dawn Pure Orange Juice Handicap Hurdle.

The Michael O'Brien-trained High Priestess sluiced home by three lengths from Friends Amigo in the Low Low QR Flat Race. She will be despatched over hurdles in the near future.

Charlie Swan saddled his second winner of the week on Saturday as Anxious Moments made a victorious debut over fences in the Carlsberg Novice Chase. Partnered by David Casey, Anxious Moments was left clear by the final fence departure of Colca Canyon with him ultimately accounting for Emperors Guest by twenty lengths.

David Casey in turn went onto complete a double and bring his tally for the week to five by guiding Rapid Deployment to victory in the Edmond Whelan Memorial Handicap Hurdle. Winner of the GPT Handidcap at the Galway Festival, the Pat Hughes-trained Rapid Deployment will now be prepared for a tilt at the Cesarewitch.
