Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has made two changes for tomorrow's second round qualifier clash with Laois - both of them enforced.
Ciarán Gourley comes in at centre back for Conor Gormley, who has not recovered from concussion following a heavy knock he took in the replay win over Louth at Omagh.
Colin Holmes - whose season was brought to an end by a serious knee injury suffered in the same game - is replaced at midfield by Kevin Hughes, available again after completing a four-week suspension imposed in the wake of his dismissal in the Ulster championship defeat to Derry.
Harte had hoped to have Stephen O'Neill, Gerard Cavlan and Joe McMahon back to full fitness, but none of them have made it. All three, however, will be on the bench, but the unfortunate Gormley will play no part, having been deemed unable to take his place among the subs.
Donegal, meanwhile, have made just one change to their line-up for Sunday's Ulster final against Armagh at Croke Park, with manager Brian McIver handing the experienced Adrian Sweeney a first championship start of the summer in place of the injured Michael Doherty.
Doherty, the team's free-taker, damaged knee ligaments in the closing stages of the semi-final victory over Derry after an accidental collision with Paul Cartin.
Although an inexperienced side, containing seven players who have never played in Croke Park, Donegal have produced some of the performances of the championship thus far.
A pacy forward line will feel the loss of Doherty, but Sweeney is a proven scorer in the most pressurised of scenarios down through the years. He may also contribute to the free taking.
The only other switch is positional as corner backs Karl Lacey and Neil McGee swap over. These two players will be handed the difficult tasks of containing Oisín McConville and Steven McDonnell.
There is a fear that the Donegal support may not live up to expectations with county PRO Seán Perry pointing towards the influence of the World Cup final. "As much as I hate to admit it, the World Cup is a factor on ticket take-up."
Offaly hurling manager John McIntyre has left Brian Whelahan out of the team for tomorrow's season-defining game against Clare in Ennis.
The 34-year-old only returned to intercounty hurling during the qualifiers, when he scored a crucial goal against Dublin while playing left half forward. Mick O'Hara now claims this position.
McIntyre has made three other changes from last week's heavy defeat to Limerick, starting with goalkeeper Shane O'Connor making his championship debut in place of Brian Mullins.
Joe Brady replaces Brian Carroll at full forward and Michael Cordial returns to midfield with a number of positional changes seeing Barry Teehan drop to the bench.
