Chilean referee Pablo Pozo was a bit bemused when Universidad de Chile striker Mauricio Aros pleaded with him to be harsh and pushed for a two-match ban, rather than one, when he reported the player to the league's disciplinary panel after sending him off in a first division game against Palestino. Why? Because Aros wanted to be free that weekend to help his girlfriend move house. Pozo turned down the request.
