The Coen cousins, Cathal and Paul, impressed as Galway handed out a hurling lesson to Kilkenny at Nowlan Park on Saturday.

Between them, the Coens bagged 29, with Paul crashing home a goal after only five minutes to help to an interval lead of 1-9 to 1-2.

Kevin Power scored all of Kilkenny's 11 scores, but when Paul Coen had his second goal in the 51st minute to stretch the difference to 215 to 1-7, the game was effectively over.
