Sir, – In a statement on Government policy outlining a programme of assistance to poverty-stricken nations, Minister of State for Development Joe Costello commenting on the Government White Paper on Irish Aid is canvassing the opinions of the public on the future of Ireland’s aid policy (Home News, January 31st).
