Sir, – On the same front page (December 9th) reporting Government plans to promote cross-Border green projects, we learn that under new British immigration laws, non-Irish EU citizens crossing the Border may require something along the lines of a US-style visa waiver; a green card perhaps?
Or is it just another case of Westminster playing the Orange card? – Yours, etc,
