Sir, - In reply to Frank Kelly's letter of March 28th, I would like to point out that while Aer Lingus may not staff its phone lines and has closed all its public offices, travel agents with IATA licences can sell tickets and give customers a choice of airlines and prices. Living in Dublin, he would have at least six fully licensed/bonded agents in his immediate area. We are pleased and happy to give the travelling public all information and fares and we charge only a nominal handling fee. - Yours, etc.,
