Sir, – Further to “Nearly 50,000 homes receive planning with restriction around bulk buying” (Business, June 18th), perhaps instead of being able to buy nine houses in a year without incurring additional taxation, we should look at the policies adopted by some retailers during Covid when it came to packets of toilet paper, and limit multiproperty landlords and hedge funds to just the one. – Is mise,
