Sir, – The report about the likelihood of traffic-light cameras being implemented in Ireland this year defies belief (News, May 14th).
Such cameras are entirely normal in so many countries, yet our various State agencies seem utterly lethargic. Could some drive, determination and vision be injected into the organisations responsible? – Yours, etc,
