Sir, – I agree with Seamus McKenna (Letters, September 8th) that Sinn Féin “has been unable to formulate a coherent policy on the great existential subject of our time, emissions reduction”.
Sinn Féin’s policy on climate change to date could be summed up in one word: ciúnas.
They have great plans for the 32 counties, but for the planet? In the words of Richie Kavanagh, they seem to have “no focal at all”. – Yours, etc,
