Sir, – I travelled on the Dart on Saturday and noticed that five lifts were out of order across the system.
This must cause enormous distress to those travellers who are dependent on the lifts. I would think many of them had to cancel their journey.
Surely we need an immediate response team that could repair lifts immediately as these problems arise? – Yours, etc,
