Dublin: Resurfacing work is being carried out on the Orwell Road, Moyne Road, Annesley Park, Ardee Road, Grosvenor Place, Serpentine Terrace, Gilford Court, Londonbridge Road, Frankfort Avenue and Sydenham Road.

Road works are affecting traffic at the Larkhill/Shantalla Road junction. Gas works could cause delays on the Swords Road and Drumcondra Road between Griffith Avenue and Collins Avenue while work on the Swords QBC continues to affect Beaumont Road, Drumcondra Road Lower, Collins Avenue and Swords Road.

Single-lane traffic is in operation on the Kylemore Road due to roadworks. Work continues on the Rathfarnham, Tallaght, North Clondalkin and South Clondalkin QBCs. Roadworks are affecting traffic and parking on Benburb Street and Bow Lane.

Cork: The Victoria Road between Monahan's Road and Victoria Avenue is closed. Diversions to and from Blackrock are via Monahan's Road and Maryville. Roadworks are restricting access from Little Island at Little Island Cross and drivers are advised to use the tunnel roundabout instead for access to Little Island.

Meath: Temporary traffic ramps have been introduced at the roadworks on the N4 between Enfield and Kilcock. WESTMEATH: Drivers are asked to take extra caution on a 5km stretch between Mullingar and Kinnegad where roadworks are under way. Roadworks are also in place at the Longford end of the Mullingar bypass.

Kildare: A temporary diversion is in place on the Athy Road. Traffic should go from the Athy Road, adjacent to the Moone Gates, on to the new temporary road for about 200m and rejoin the Athy Road. Traffic layout has changed in Kildare town. The market square is being pedestrianised and southbound traffic can no longer turn right before the traffic lights.

Carlow: Roadworks continue at the Braun factory at the junction of the N80 Portlaoise Road and the N9 Dublin Road.

Limerick: The N69 is closed between the cement factory roundabout at Mungret to Askeaton for resurfacing. Local access will be allowed between Mungret and Hegarty's Cross. The Greenfields Road is closed between Ballinacurra Gardens and the Roundwood Estate to the junction with the level crossing.

Clare: Pipe-laying is being carried out on the Clon Road in Ennis and also between Ennis and Shannon.

Laois: Resurfacing continues on the N8 at Abbeyleix and delays of up to an hour are possible. Roadworks are under way on a section of the N7. Diversions are in operation as the road between St Peter and Paul's RC Church and Portlaoise General Hospital is closed.

Monaghan: Delays can be expected on the N2, north of Carrickmacross, due to resurfacing work.

Waterford: Drainage work is causing delays on the N25 at the Mall.
