A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of a Co Limerick man who failed to appear for sentencing at Limerick Circuit Court yesterday.
The court was told that Patrick Scanlan (40), of Loughill West, who had admitted having cannabis resin worth £10,000 for supply in June 1999 was thought to have left the jurisdiction.
