SARAJEVO - Bosnia's complex and still incomplete municipal election process started yesterday with the first voters registering to take part in the polling, scheduled for September 13th and 14th.
"We're starting a process that will register all the voters in Bosnia Herzegovina for the first time in history," said Mr Robert Frowick, head of the election supervisor, the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
