Arsenal's Giovanni van Bronckhorst is not expected to play again until December with the knee injury he sustained against Fulham on Saturday.
The 27-year-old winger ruptured his cruciate knee ligament in the 4-1 defeat of the Cottagers at the Highbury.
And scans tonight revealed the extent of the damage will mean the Dutch international will not play again for the remainder of this campaign and for much of the first half of next season.
