DALLAS - Two trucks carrying missiles, machineguns and mortars for the US military disappeared in Texas on Thursday, officials said.
One truck was carrying four unarmed missiles when it vanished near Dallas. A second truck had a 1,270kg cargo of machineguns and mortars when it disappeared west of Austin. An FBI agent said the missiles were not equipped with war heads so posed no immediate safety risk.
