The body of a young man was taken from the Royal Canal near Binn's Bridge, Dublin, yesterday morning. The body is thought to have been in the water overnight and the gardai are attempting to identify him.
About 24 hours earlier the body of a local man, who has not yet been named, was taken from the canal close to Mountjoy Prison.
