NEW YORK - Traces of the flammable liquid nitroglycerin have been found in the wreckage of TWA Flight 800, bolstering the theory that an explosive device destroyed the plane on July 17th, the New York Daily News said in its Sunday edition.
The report came just two days after the New York Times said traces of PETN, a chemical compound commonly found in both plastic explosives and surface to air missiles, was found on a piece of seat from the Boeing 747's passenger cabin.
