The group representing licensed television operators is still considering legal action against the Government's proposal to grant short term licences to TV deflector operators. A spokesman for the Cable Communications Association of Ireland (CCAI) said that despite yesterday's "businesslike and friendly" meeting with the Minister for Communications, Mr Dukes, legal action would be considered "as a matter of urgency".
