People with intellectual disabilities felt intimidated by Traveller families in the grounds of their residential centre, the High Court was told yesterday.
The Travellers were said to be in the grounds of the Good Counsel residential centre which houses 60 people with intellectual disabilities, property of the South Western Area Health Board, at Taylor's Lane and Ballyboden Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin.
Mr Justice Lavan granted an interlocutory order against four named Travellers and others having knowledge of the order to vacate the lands around the centre.
