Traffic diversions will be implemented in co-operation with the Garda by traffic management signs on the N4 city-bound at Junction 7 on the M50 motorway. All city-bound (east) traffic on the N4 and all traffic, with the exception of public transport, intending to travel to the city from the M50 will be diverted north/south along the M50 to access Dublin city north and south.

No buses will serve the bus stops on College Street before 5.30pm.
Before noon the only bus stops being served on the north quays are at the junction of Church Street and at Bachelors Walk; and the Clarence Hotel (Wellington Quay) and Essexs Quay on the south quays. After 12pm there will be no access to bus stops on the north and south quays. A temporary terminus has been set up on Cook Street behind Merchant’s Quay. All Lucan services will use the 123 bus stops along their routing.

From 8.25am-11.30am red line services will operate between the Tallaght and Blackhorse only. There will be no services between Blackhorse and Connolly/The Point. Green line will operate as normal.
