The leader of South Africa's election observers arrived today in Zimbabwe, saying neighbouring nations were working at the highest level to ensure the fairness of the presidential election next month.
"Our country and countries of the SADC region are addressing that issue at the highest level," said Mr Samuel Motsuenyane.

The first group of 13 South African observers will leave for Zimbabwe tomorrow, with additional teams arriving on February 20th and March 3rd for a total of 50 observers.
The observers include representatives of trade unions, business, agriculture and government, as well as religious groups and women's and youth organisations.
Two judges, Mr Dikgang Moseneke and Mr Sisi Kgampepe, are also due to be sent as observers.
The judges will report back to South African, President Mr Thabo Mbeki, on whether the campaign period and the actual voting is conducted in compliance with Zimbabwe's electoral laws and constitution.
At least 19 people have been killed in political violence in the run-up to the elections during which President Mr Robert Mugabe, seeking to extend his 22-year rule, has taken repressive measures against his opponents.
