NEW YORK - Technical hitches forced a 24 hour delay in the scheduled lifting of the Titanic's hull from its ocean bed. Plans for a 20 tonne piece of the hull to be recovered from the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada yesterday, but recovery equipment got stuck a spokesman for RMS Titanic Inc said.
