Three separate colour-coded ballot papers

Voters will be given separate colour-coded ballot papers for each of the three referendums.

Voters will be given separate colour-coded ballot papers for each of the three referendums.

The ballot paper for the Treaty of Nice referendum will be white, that on the prohibition of the death penalty blue and that on the international criminal court pink.

The ballot papers will be in English and Irish. Voters will be asked to mark with an X the square marked either Yes or No.

The prohibition of the death penalty paper will ask: "Do you approve of the proposal to amend the Constitution contained in the undermentioned Bill?"
