Three arrested in €150k heroin find

Heroin with an estimated street value of €150,000 was seized in Cork city tonight.

Three men, two aged 26 and one aged 36, were detained by gardaí in connection with the find.

Gardaí also discovered a sawn-off shotgun and ammunition during the raid at Lower Kileens, Gurranabraher.

The operation at 2pm today was part of an ongoing investigation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Cork city.

The men are being held at Mayfieldand the Bridewell Garda stations.
