A third man is today being questioned in connection with the murder of a kitchen porter who died of head injuries in north Belfast on Christmas Day.
The 20-year-old was arrested by detectives investigating the murder of Mr David Cupples (25), who was beaten as he made his way to work.
Two other 20-year-old men have already appeared in court charged with attempting to obtain and dispose of video evidence which could help catch the killers.
Mr Cupples, a Protestant from east Belfast, was attacked in Cliftonpark Avenue on December 22nd he made his way to Girdwood Army Barracks where he worked in the kitchen.
It is believed that he may have been mistaken for a Catholic.
Appearing in court yesterday were Mr Darren Paul, from Lyndhurstview Avenue in Ballygomartin, and Mr Brian Dickson, from Azamor Street in the Shankill area.
Both were also charged with withholding information about the attempted murder of leading loyalist Mr John Gregg on December 21st.
Mr Gregg's home at Rathcoole on the outskirts of north Belfast was attacked as part of the current loyalist feud within the Ulster Defence Association.
