A THIRD Dublin man has been charged at the Special Criminal Court in connection with the aborted robbery last week when an INLA member was shot dead. Mr Peter Maguire (30), of Donomore Avenue, Tallaght, Co Dublin, was charged with the theft of £889.40 from Mr Paul Coleman at Newspread Ltd in Inchicore on June 4th.
Sgt John Doyle, of Kevin Street Garda station, said he arrested Mr Maguire at his home on Thursday under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act on suspicion of having a firearm at Newspread Ltd on June 4th.
