HAMBURG - One of three men suspected of taking part in an abduction that yielded a $20 million ransom has been arrested in Spain, according to German police. Spanish police named him as Wolfgang Koszics (54). He is suspected of taking part in the March kidnapping of Jan Philipp Reemtsma, scion of a family of German cigarette manufacturers.
