A package suspected of containing deadly Anthrax spores has been discovered at a company in Wexford.
Employees sorting mail at Equifax, an Information Technology company in the Whitemill industrial estate, spotted the sealed envelope and called the Gardai.
Staff had been on the alert for suspect packages after their English-based parent company were sent a suspect package last week, which later turned out to be a hoax.
A Garda spokesman said that the Fire Brigade are at the scene, which has been sealed off, and the Army has been notified.
