Forty pupils and five staff from Newpark Comprehensive School in Blackrock, Co Dublin, are to travel to Belfast today for a brief ceremony at Stormont.
They will be met by a cross-party delegation in the Great Hall and will present the politicians with a "book of congratulations", containing over 700 names, marking the achievements of the peace process.
