FF Senator Pascal Mooney was more than a bit put out when he met a number of those who had been to a book launch merrily passing through Leinster House recently. He was never, ever, invited to book launches, he said. This despite his great love of books, the fact that he was the Seanad nominee of the Library Association of Ireland and - to cap it all - FF spokesman in the Seanad on arts and culture. This must change.
