Wales v Italy, Millennium Stadium, 2.30pm

Ospreys teenager Tom Prydie has won a shock call-up to the Wales team for Saturday’s Six Nations Championship finale against Italy in Cardiff. Prydie, at just 18 years and 27 days, will become the youngest Welsh international player of all time.

Warren Gatland welcomes back Mike Phillips, Gethin Jenkins and Ryan Jones and there is a first Six Nations start for 21-year-old Cardiff flanker Sam Warburton, who is preferred to 95-times capped veteran Martyn Williams.

Italy coach Nick Mallett had made four changes to his starting line-up but forwards Paul Derbyshire and second row Carlo Antonio Del Fava were ruled out after sustaining muscle problems in training.

As such, lock Marco Bortolami and loose forward Josh Sole retain their places in the side. Pablo Canavosio was chosen at scrumhalf while winger Kaine Robertson was recalled after starting the Azzurri's opening 29-11 defeat in Ireland.

Ireland v Scotland, Croke Park, 5pm

Ireland will be unchanged for the third straight game as Declan Kidney’s side bring the curtain down on rugby at Croke Park. With a fifth triple crown in seven years up for grabs, and a farewell to bid the home of GAA before rugby returns to a rebuilt Lansdowne Road, there is a lot at stake.

Kidney's only injury worry ahead of Saturday is Gordon D'Arcy and he indicated that if he is not right, Ulster's Paddy Wallace will start in his place.

Scotland are also unchanged, after Kelly Brown was passed fit on Wednesday. The back row had been an injury doubt after suffering a sickening clash of heads with England wing Ugo Monye last weekend. There are changes on the bench, however, with lock Nathan Hines ruled out due to a knee injury. Richie Gray is therefore recalled among the substitutes.

France v England, Stade de France, 7.45pm

France coach Marc Lievremont recalled centre Mathieu Bastareaud ahead of David Marty to add weight to his backline as his side attempt to claim the Grand Slam. The return of the bulky 21-year-old centre, who has eight caps to his name, is the only change from the team that defeated Italy 46-20 last Sunday.

Bastareaud started France's first three victories against Scotland, Ireland and Wales but was rested on the bench for the Italy game because he had not fully recovered from an ankle injury suffered in a club game during the Six Nations break.

Jonny Wilkinson was dropped earlier this week as Martin Johnson made six changes from the side that laboured to a 15-15 draw with Scotland last weekend. Wilkinson is replaced by Toby Flood. Ugo Monye is replaced by Chris Ashton, while fullback Delon Armitage, who has struggled for form throughout the tournament, gives way for Ben Foden.

Mathew Tait is dropped again as 31-year-old World Cup-winner Mike Tindall makes his first appearance for a year. In the pack, Simon Shaw has recovered from a shoulder injury and comes back in place of Louis Deacon while Lewis Moody comes in for James Haskell.
