A multi-vehicle road collision involving six cars took place this evening on the M50.
The incident took place at about 6.20pm between the Junction 16, Cherrywood, and Junction 17 linking the M50 and M11 roads.
The southbound carriageway of the M50 between those junctions was closed earlier following the incident.
The crash scene has now been cleared, and traffic delays in the area are starting to ease, according to AA Roadwatch
