A Sinn Fein delegation has met Irish MEPs and group leaders at the European Parliament in Strasbourg to discuss the EU's role in consolidating the peace process, the North's Police Bill and the continuation of EU funding.
Led by the party's chairman, Mr Mitchel McLaughlin, the delegation also met the leader of the Christian Democrats' 232 MEPs, Mr Hans Gert Pottering and representatives of the European Liberal Democrats, the European Greens and the Union for Europe of the Nations.
