Lima - Peruvian police have captured the second-ranking Shining Path guerrilla in a Lima shantytown restaurant, raising expectations that the group's de facto commander could be caught soon. President Alberto Fujimori announced the arrest of Pedro Domingo Quinteros (56), "the right-hand man" of Shining Path's current leader in the field, Oscar Ramirez Durand, alias Feliciano.
