KABUL - An air raid and a bomb blast in the Afghan capital Kabul yesterday killed at least seven people and wounded 69, government sources and a private news service said.

Kabul radio said two jets of the forces commanded by northern Uzbek chief, Gen Abdul Rashid Dostum, had carried out the raid, killing four people and wounding 32.
