Apprentice Boys banned from parading in the north Antrim village of Dunloy on Sunday are to hold an open-air service in the grounds of their Orange hall. The Parades Commission determined that because no dialogue had taken place between the loyal order and the nationalist residents group, the parade from the hall just outside the village to the local Presbyterian church could not take place.

The commission said it was satisfied the Dunloy residents were sincere in their desire for dialogue, although they saw "no evidence of any such desire or commitment on the part of the organiser of the parade".
