A man accused of fatally stabbing a security guard was returned for trial to the Circuit Court. Mr Joseph Byrne (36), of Derry Drive, Crumlin, appeared in Kilmainham District Court on a charge of murdering Hans Herman Clausen at the George Cooke Industrial Estate, Bluebell in May 1998.
