The search is continuing this afternoon for a man feared drowned in the River Suir in Co Tipperary.
The man, who remains unidentified, went missing on Saturday night.
Gardaí said two men got into distress in the river, with one man following the other into the water in a rescue bid.
One of the men was taken to Waterford Regional Hospital from and has been released.
