Gardaí are searching for a woman in Blessington in Co Wicklow after a call was received yesterday claiming a woman was tied to a tree.
The 999 call was made at around 5 p.m.
Gardaí are treating the call as genuine and searched the area urgently using air support but have so far failed to find any trace of a woman.
