Riyadh - The Russian Minister Without Portfolio, Mr Ramazan Abdulatipov, said yesterday that charges that Saudi Arabia was assisting Chechen rebels were completely baseless.
Mr Abdulatipov said "the accusations that Saudi Arabia is helping Chechen terrorists are unfounded", as were reports that parties or bodies in the kingdom were supporting the rebels.
