OSLO - McDonald's has withdrawn a new menu item, the salmon burger, from sales in Norway after four people were hospitalised with food poisoning after eating McLaks, the company said yesterday.
McDonald's has stopped sales of the McLaks (laks is Norwegian for salmon), until the cause of the food poisoning could be confirmed.
