Kigali - The Rwandan government has released 136 suspects accused of participating in the country's 1994 genocide, justice officials said yesterday. Charges were dropped completely against 61 suspects for lack of evidence, the Kigali public prosecutor, Mr Emmanuel Riukangira, said.
