BERN - The Russian Foreign Minister, Mr Yevgeny Primakov, gave Moscow's support yesterday to a second five year term of office for the UN Secretary-General, Dr Boutros Boutros-Ghali.
The US is firmly opposed to an extension for Dr Boutros-Ghali, whose current term ends at the end of this year.
