The Northern Secretary has announced funding for a £1 million sterling RUC Garden of Remembrance and a new RUC museum. Dr John Reid said visitors could reflect on the achievements and sacrifices of the force.
He also announced the composition of the boards of trustees of the Royal Ulster Constabulary George's Cross Foundation and the Northern Ireland Police Fund.
