The Minister for Education, Ms Bhreathnach, has announced the remaining obstacles to the resolution of the IMPACT dispute in the RTC sector have been cleared.
A spokesman for the union said last night that proposals from the Department of Education would be considered at a meeting on Monday morning and if they were in line with what it was seeking the union would recommend acceptance and an end to the dispute.
