Kiev - Ukrainian President Mr Leonid Kuchma accepted his Defence Minister's resignation yesterday, nearly three weeks after his troops accidentally shot down a Russian airliner during missile exercises, killing all 78 on board.
The Sibir airlines Tu-154 exploded over the Black Sea on October 4th, when Ukrainian forces were holding live-fire missile exercises.
