Lennox Lewis will next defend his world heavyweight boxing title against American Hasim Rahman on April 21 in Las Vegas, the challenger's co-manager told the Washington Post today.

"It's done. The fight is set," said Steve Nelson.

"We're very relieved and very excited. Lewis' people called us on Thursday and we worked out what we needed to work out."

IBF and WBC champion Lewis has a record of 38 wins, one defeat and one draw while Rahman, the International Boxing Federation's fourth-ranked contender, is 34-2.

Evander Holyfield has the World Boxing Association title and will defend it March 3 against American John Ruiz. - AFP
