A PSNI officer was injured last night during disturbances in Derry city.
He was taken to hospital with facial wound after being struck by missiles in the city's Westland Street area.
Bottles were hurled at police lines during the attack, which happened just before 10pm.
Officers brought in to investigate were also pelted with missiles, the PSNI said.
